New Menu Items to Try at BRIO Tuscan Grille #BrioItalian

BRIO Tuscan Grille added new menu items that will make you go “Mmmmmm….” and leave with bellies full. We went in for a tasting and have highlighted a few. For starters, they added a Burrata & Ciabatta (pictured) which is served with creamy fresh mozzarella, roasted tomato, EVOO and grilled ciabatta. It is delicious! You will want to eat the whole thing by yourself, but get it to share it, because there are more yummy dishes to try. It is available on both their lunch and dinner menu. (Also new for an appetizer is a Bruleed Parmesan Creme with balsamic roasted grapes and grilled ciabatta.)

DINNER

For Dinner, Shrimp Risotto & Broiled Lobster Tail is back by popular demand from Tale of Two Risottos. It was just as good as I remembered it and super filling too. More new items include Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Balsamic Braised Beef Short Rib, and Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin.

NEW SIDES

The Grille entrees comes with one side. Choose from Sicilian Cauliflower, Maple Balsamic Brussels Sprouts (pictured), Creamed Spinach & Kale, Haricot Vert & Roasted Peppers, Fingerling Potatoes Brio, White Bean & Escarole Ragout, Roasted Tomato Basil Fettuccine, or Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes.

There’s a bunch of new items on their menu and all the ones we’ve tried above were excellent! Even the children’s spaghetti bolognese is one of the best. The ambiance is dressy casual with both indoor and outdoor seating. It makes a great spot for gathering with friends or a family dinner.
