Spiked Coffee Break @IslandsBurgers PLUS a Giveaway! #IslandsBurgers

Can you believe it! We have less than 10 days left for Holiday Shopping! SPIKED COFFEE OPTIONS: Their Cocomo Coffee has Baileys, Patron XO Cafe, chocolate syrup & Lion Coffee, topped with whipped cream and cocoa powder. I like my coffee on the sweeter side so this option was recommended to me, and I liked it. The other options are Calypso Coffee which includes Myers' Rum, Tia Maria Liqueur & Lion Coffee topped with whipped cream and allspice; or you the third one is their Irish Coffee which has Jameson Irish Wishkey, crushed cubed sugar & Lion Coffee, and is topped with whipped cream. Don't they all sound good?

Feeling Hungry? Share this => Their Cheddar Fries are fresh-cut fries covered with melted cheddar and topped with bacon and scallions. They are cut fresh daily and chili is optional.

Of course, when you're at a "burger" restaurant, you have to order their burgers! I love mine with tasty sauteed mushrooms and Swiss cheese. At Island's, they call it the Hula Burger.  Need more options for your family? They have grilled chicken breast on their Birds of Paradise menu, Island Tacos, Salads, and Hoisin Bowls which have pineapple, snow peas, and broccoli over brown rice. (Choose between chicken or grilled mahi mahi.)

Chocolate Lava

On their dessert menu, they have this big, beautiful fudge brownie topped with vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, roasted almonds, and a cherry. It is perfect for sharing! It came out quite large and because the brownie came out warm, it was making the ice cream melt so have your spoons ready!


It was nice to take a break from all that stressful holiday shopping and get something good to eat. The gift card options are good too, because you can never go wrong with the gift of good food!
