From November 2014 to March 2015, 38 million Cuties were served in Happy meals and a la' carte, and now they are back again! McDonald's and the Alliance for a Healthier Generation have a global partnership to increase families' access to fruit, vegetables and low-fat dairy. Now we can select from Cuties, Sliced Apples, or Go-GURT.
