I really enjoyed tasting the salads, and, of course, their famous sourdough bread. Chef Alan is really passionate about bringing new flavors to the menu as he is very much involved in menu/recipe developing and training. My favorite salad was with the forbidden rice, but they're all good. I was surprised to learn that the beets are naturally sweet, because they tasted like candy. I like that you can also substitute out the cheeses and add any of seasonal items like the beets and mango to customize your salad. Enjoy,
Mary
