If you are a fan of Disney, then you know what sorts of magic they are capable of. I loved surprising my daughters with a mid-week showing of Disney On Ice: Worlds of Fantasy at the LA Sports Arena, and had such a great time escaping to the many worlds of Disney. The show started out with Mickey and Friends driving out to say Hello, but when their car breaks down, who should they call? Well Tow Mater of course! He comes to the rescue along with his friends Lightning McQueen and Sally to get Mickey's car going for their next adventure.

I have loved Disney's Little Mermaid since I was a child, and now I love it even more now that Ariel is my youngest daughter's favorite princess. As only Disney could, before our very eyes we are taken to a world under the sea and are welcomed by Ariel, Flounder, and Sebastian. The costumes are amazing throughout the entire show, and the undersea characters were the most impressive. We follow as Ariel signs over her voice to Ursula, the sea witch, to meet Prince Eric. She falls in love, and ultimately defeat Ursula with True Love's Kiss. The classic songs are fun to sing along to and it had the entire arena singing, "Kiss the Girl."

The next world of fantasy that we visit is Pixie Hollow as Queen Clarion welcome Tinkerbell to the fairy family, and as Clank and Bobble show her the ropes of being a Tinker Fairy. My favorite part of this act was being introduced to all of the fairies individually as they show us their talents. I just love all of their personalities. (Rosetta and Vidia are just so sassy!)
Even though The Little Mermaid is my favorite classic, and Tinkerbell is my favorite modern character, I think my favorite act of the entire show, had to be The Finale. Disney did a great job at taking the best story lines out of Toy Story 3 and recreating them on ice. Ken and Barbie stole the show and made everyone laugh, especially during the private fashion show. And although I laughed and smiled through the entire two hour show, I must admit that I teared up a little by the end of the Toy Story act. Every time Andy says goodbye to his friends before he leaves to college, I have a mini-meltdown and bawled my eyes out.

The show overall was amazing! Disney never ceases to amaze me, I am always impressed and wowed by the attention and love they put into the details. Which is what makes the show memorable. To think of my kids and all of the other kids that leave the show with such a fun memory is incredible, and what parenting is all about. Disney On Ice Worlds of Fantasy is a great show, and if you get the chance to see it, you should definitely take the kids.
Disney On Ice Worlds of Fantasy will be at the Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, CA from Thursday, April 23, 2015 to Sunday April 26, 2015. For ticket info, please visit www.AXS.com.
