Disclosure: We received complimentary items to host a Disney Side home celebration party, but we picked up some things of our own. All opinions are our own.
We were recently selected to host a fun Disney Side party. We knew we were in for a real treat when a luggage filled with Disney goodies arrived for the party. We could hardly wait!
Some of the items included an American Tourister Luggage, Disney napkins, cups, balloons, plates, tablecloth, stickers, HP photo card packs, bingo cards, cookie cutters, Craisins Dried Cranberries snacks, and a Disney vacation planning DVD.
While we were there, we also picked up a Mickey Mouse-themed cupcake tower for our cupcakes and cupcake toppers. I think they turned out great!
For party favors, we like the 48 piece party packs, because they come complete for 8 treat bags for around $10. Ours came with everything pictured below except for treat bags; some come with them.
One of the recipes I really wanted to try was Mickey Mouse - inspired Oreo cookies! It's so simple to make. All you need is both small and regular - sized Oreo cookies, chocolate melts, red candy melts, and white round sprinkles. You can find the recipe here. (I couldn't find the round sprinkles so substituted with a white icing writer).
Our little guests loved taking their pictures with Mickey and friends.
Overall, we had fun evening getting together with friends to show our Disney Side: playing games, watching Disney movies, and bonding over our visits to Disneyland and Disney World. Pretty much anything Disney! As you can see, it's super easy to throw a party of your own.
What's your #DisneySide?
