TIPS FOR FILLING UP THE POOL
It took about 45 - 60 minutes to fill up the pool. We also added chlorine tablets for sanitary reasons. If you don't want the water to be ice cold when you play in it, we recommend filling it up in the early afternoon.
For example, we wanted to play in the later afternoon, but the shade rolled in so the water was a little too cold for the kids. We know next time to start it early so the sun can naturally warm up the water.
Our son loves it! The pool was large enough to have a few of his water toys, and we like that it's not super deep for safety reasons. We supervised the whole time, but would have used less water if no adults were getting in the water. (1 ft or less). Note: this product is recommended for ages 6+.
Adults can enjoy it too! After the kids are in bed, I imagine lounging in it on a hot summer night and gazing up at the stars.
What we like:
- it comes with two cup-holders,
- the pretty blue,
- the built-in step doubles as a comfortable backrest with arm rests,
- it's not super deep,
- it's fun for both children and adults,
- ours came with a beach ball,
- it comes with a repair patch, and
- it's affordable! (This one retails for $68.99 but are on sale for $54.99.)
