Tech Review: iClever Himbox HB01 Bluetooth 4.0 Hands-Free Car Kit

Do you love your music and take it wherever you go? If you are like us, we like to jam to our music when we're in our cars too. Gone are the days when we burned CD's for our vehicles (well for most of us anyway). Now, we plug our players via the AUX connector and listen to it through our car speakers. iClever Himbox offers a bluetooth (hands-free) option. Just pair up your devices one time, and you no longer have to remember where you left that AUX adapter! It also comes with a dual USB car charger so that it doesn't take up your precious car adapter. (You can still charge your phone at the same time!)

Other Himbox Features:

• It allows you to talk hands-free on your Bluetooth-enabled phone.
• It supports AVRCP technology for easy-to-use music controls.
• It auto-connects with last paired device. (If you have more than one device, just turn off one of them).
• It has music player controls - Play, Pause, Previous song, Next song; Talking controls: Answer and reject calls, private call is available. 
• It can be used as a Bluetooth receiver to enable ordinary loudspeakers with Bluetooth functionality. (Powered via USB port)
• It activates Siri when control button is pressed for 1~2 seconds.
• It automatically calls back the last outgoing call when control button is quickly pressed twice.
• It has an optional magnetic base which is easily detachable from the controller compared with sticky bases.

We are still learning all the features, and we love the hands-free feature. This would make a great white elephant gift or stocking stuffer. They might know what it is at first, but after they start using it, they will think it's pretty cool. Note: To connect this Bluetooth car kit to your car stereo system, make sure your vehicle is equiped with a 3.5mm Aux-In jack. Also, it can only be paired to one device at a time. You'll have to turn off Bluetooth from the other devices.
