Giveaway: Irvine Park Railroad Celebrates 20 Years! #IrvineParkRailroad

It's Irvine Park Railroad's 20th Anniversary! Come celebrate this milestone on Saturday, February 20th and Sunday, February 21st. To thank everyone for visiting over the years, they're rolling back prices to their original 1996 prices including $2.00 train rides!

Irvine Park Railroad is located inside Irvine Regional Park and is open year round (excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day). The train ride is about 12 minutes around the park and goes through a tunnel. It's our favorite thing to do at the park! Their annual events include the Easter Eggstravaganza, Anniversary Celebration, Pumpkin Patch, Fourth Grade California History Education Program, Christmas Tree Ranch, and Christmas Train.

For this year's celebration, there will be live performances by the Lazy Brad Lewis Band (country blues with rockin' soul) and raffles on both Saturday and Sunday every hour from 11 am to 3 pm. Winners will receive Irvine Park Railroad prizes valued from $60 to $300! The anniversary celebration will also feature other $2.00 activities and concessions including carnival games, hot dogs, sodas, ice creams, popcorn, bounce house tickets and cotton candy. Face painting and panning for gold will require two(2)-$2.00 tickets. FREE giveaways include Irvine Park Railroad balloons. The $2.00 tickets are valid during the Anniversary Celebration weekend only. 

Other activities available at Irvine Regional Park includes Wheel Fun Rentals® at Irvine Park bike and paddle boat rentals, pony rides, and the Orange County Zoo.

Parking is $5.00 per vehicle. The park opens daily at 10:00 am. The cost for train tickets during the anniversary celebrations weekend is $2.00 per ticket (children younger than 12 months ride free). Please note: Coupons, discounts and/or any other promotions are not valid on the anniversary celebration dates.
