A LEGO® Store Play Date #DowntownDisney

We were walking around Downtown Disney® District last night and a lightbulb went off in my head. Have you been to The LEGO® Store there? I kept thinking what a great place to visit for a play date. Here’s why:

Parking is FREE

Parking is FREE for the first three hours or five hours with validationfrom participating locations.

Downtown Disney® District is Fun.

There are lots of options for restaurants as well as a clean and safe environment to walk around. It’s also very lively at night. You can check out their directory here.

This area is pretty cool. You can build #lego cars complete with wheels then race them down these ramps #downtowndisney

Your Kids Will Love It!

Your kids will be entertained for hours. Mine jumped right into it and started building away and didn’t want to leave. There’s also this nice outdoor building area while you just sit and watch. Great for nice days. When the weather is not so nice, there’s an indoor building area too.

You see that right? Even adults love #legos

More about The LEGO® Store
The second largest LEGO store in the country — after the location in
the Downtown Disney area in Orlando, Florida — this re-imagined space is
designed with kids in mind, featuring innovative displays and welcoming
play areas. Store offerings include:

  • The new Pick-A-Brick Wall, where you can select specific LEGO bricks and elements in a variety of colors and shapes
  • The Living Room, an interactive play area prominently positioned in the center of the store
  • A Brand Ribbon that runs the circumference of the store, featuring LEGO model displays, company history and fun facts
  • A second story mezzanine area, which can be closed off and reserved for private events, such as children’s birthday parties
