Our Highlights of Boysenberry Festival at Knott's Berry Bloom | @Knotts #KnottsSpring

Last weekend we had the pleasure of experiencing the opening weekend of the Boysenberry Festival at Knott's Berry Bloom. (Disclaimer! I will be sharing lots of my food pix in this post!)

If you're feeling hungry, we found BOYSENBERRY-GLAZED TURKEY LEG (or you can get it on the side like I did) at Chowhouse BBQ Grill.

Yes please! MARINATED FLANK STEAK SKEWERS WITH BOYSENBERRY BBQ SAUCE.



My kids did not want to share these savory CHOCOLATE COVERED BACON. No way! 

BAKED SWEET POTATO WITH BOYSENBERRY BUTTER is so so good!

We thoroughly enjoyed these SPICY BOYSENBERRY CHICKEN WINGS. 

(You can find them near Sutter's BBQ Grill).

If you're feeling adventurous, you will find DEEP FRIED ALLIGATOR WITH BOYSENBERRY AIOLI near there too. They taste like chicken! 

Also close by are ROASTED CORN WITH BOYSENBERRY BUTTER. Yummmms!!

 WAFFLES ON A STICK are an absolute must and can be found at the Knott's Bakery!

The boysenberry festival is delicious! SWEET DEAL: You can find a Tasting Card for $20 for 6 pre-selected items. (Hint: They are great to share!) 

 

WINE TASTING!

Also happening at Knott's is a wine tasting event inside the Wilderness Dance Hall! Pick up a Tasting Card which includes 6 tastings and a fruit, cheese, and cracker plate for $15. (These are also great to share!)

YOU MIGHT WANT TO KNOW:

• It's kid-friendly. Kids can enjoy boysenberry punch or lemonade along your side. We saw families pushing strollers and had no problems. 
• Fun topiaries including a ginormous boysenberry and Snoopy can be found here. Great photo ops! 
• At night the topiaries light up! 

If you're lucky, you'll catch fun concerts at the Charleston Circle day and night time!
