Available for a limited time, Daphne's introduced the Cali-Greek Bowl (a Greek cuisine with a California twist). It comes with a choice of citrus brown rice or rice pilaf, black beans, guacamole, salsa, jalapeno bacon, Greek yogurt chipotle sauce and a choice of grilled chicken, savory gyros or falafel. You'll like that it's less than 700 calories!
"The popular response to the California flair behind Daphne's menu of traditional Greek-inspired dishes gives us room to innovate within these taste profiles that our customers crave," said Bill Trefethen, CEO of Daphne's California Greek. "We think our guests are going to enjoy this new Cali-Greek Bowl."
I ordered mine with gyros and this is what came out. Okay, it doesn't look exactly like the picture in the sign, but it was still delish! Something about the medley of everything together from the rice to the guacamole to the sauce was so good.
The price point is good too!
OTHER ITEMS WE TRIED:

KID'S MEALS
We ordered their Kid's Pita Burger (390-620 cal) and Grilled Cheese on Pita (350 cal). We were happy to see our kids trying new food without a fuss. Both kid's meals were $4.99 and included one entree, one side, a fountain drink, and apple.
