If you're looking for a family-friendly Halloween event this year, Friends of Santa Ana Zoo and BPO Elks Santa Ana Lodge is hosting their 25th annual Boo at the Zoo!
BOO at the ZOO!
Dress up and explore the Trick-or-Treat Trail which includes 10 prize stations, a variety of Halloween-themed games and activities with storytelling and singalongs, as well as nocturnal animals available to visit in the zoo. There's also a nightly costume parade led by SAZOO (their monkey mascot), and their “Boofari” Express Train and Conservation Carrousel rides will also be running that night. Designed for ages 2-12.
Teen Scream Haunted House!
For those who are a little older and more adventurous, Boo at the Zoo will have a separate area for a “Teen Scream” haunted house (included in the regular price of admission).

FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Hot dogs, chips and soda will also be available for purchase nightly provided by the Tustin-Santa Ana Rotary Club, Zoo Docents, and Knowlwood Restaurant.
You can avoid lines by purchasing tickets online at www.santaanazoo.org (valid any night of the event, nonrefundable). Please bring your receipt to Will Call on the night of the event. Tickets are also available at the main gate on the night of the event.
The Zoo is open daily from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. Admission is $10 for adults, $7 for seniors and children 3-12 years. Children under 3 are free. Does not include admissions to Boo and the Zoo. If you would like to become a member of the Zoo, please call (714) 953-8555 x13.
