Seafood for the Future Demo

During our press trip, they talked about local seafood, and we watched a short cooking demo. It was very informative. For more information or recipes, please visit their website at SeafoodfortheFuture.org.

Chef Daniel Bustamante of SAVOR... prepared for us Caribbean Seafood Stew. His recipe includes cubed sablefish or rockfish, jalapeno peppers, bell peppers, minced garlic, chopped onions, olive oil, unsweetened coconut milk, vegetable or seafood broth, cilantro, chili flakes, lime juice, salt, and pepper. It was so fresh and delicious.

Chef's Baja Agua Chile recipe includes diced rockfish or sablefish, diced English cucumber, olive oil, serrano chiles, cilantro, minced garlic, sliced red onions, lime juice, and kosher salt.
