Inspired by "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow," Smurfy Hollow takes us to the time of year when Smurfs celebrate the Golden Harvest Festival with games, music, and dance.
One of the main competition was their annual Smurfberry Hunt. Brainy Smurf was the Smurf to beat with his continuous wins - nine years in a row! Gutsy Smurf became a little annoyed with Brainy's arrogance so he followed Brainy all the way to Smurfy Hollow and found his secret stash.
You see - while all the Smurfs are afraid of the Headless Horseman, Brainy Smurf is too logical to believe in that sort of tale. Watch Brainy and Gutsy work it out through friendship and teamwork requiring both "brains" and "guts" to escape Gargamel. You'll have a Smurfy time.
THE SMURFS: THE LEGEND OF SMURFY HOLLOW™ features the voice talents of Hank Azaria (Gargamel), Alan Cumming (Gutsy), Fred Armisen (Brainy) and Anton Yelchin (Clumsy), all from the film, THE SMURFS 2™.
“The Smurfs are very dear to us at Sony Pictures Animation and we are excited by this unique, smurfy take on ‘The Legend of Sleepy Hollow’,” says Bob Osher, President of Sony Pictures Digital Productions. “Director Stephan Franck and his crew delivered a great, new fun adventure that is sure to entertain families around the world for many Halloweens and Autumn celebrations to come.”
