RECIPE: Leyna's Savory Pumpkin Spaghetti with Chicken Meatballs

DIRECTIONS:
Combine pumpkin, garlic, sage, nutmeg, olive oil and salt and spread on baking sheet and roast at 400 degrees for 20 minutes until caramelized and tender.

Transfer to pot and add hot chicken stock and puree with hand blender until smooth. Season to taste.
