Visiting Dark Harbor at The Queen Mary | @QMDarkHarbor #QMDarkHarbor

Not too long ago, we attended a media event for Queen Mary's Dark Harbor. You know I'm scared of monsters, but because it was daytime and an introduction to the monsters, I agreed to go. Once we got there, we took this fun picture by The Queen Mary.

When the monsters were walking around, I got really nervous, but when you have your eyes closed, it really helps!

You can't get scared if you don't see them.
New this year is The Ringmaster. As an introduction, The Ringmaster, The Captain, Samuel the Savage, Graceful Gale, Half-Hatch Henry, and Scary Mary all appeared on stage. YIKES!! You will find them all under the big top tent inside the deadly dome.

I met up with my friend Erin and zombies photo-bombed us.

One of the best things we did that night was zip-line above all the freaks and monsters.

Guests will experience the deadliest show on earth featuring a new horrific circus of spectacles, freaks and sideshows inspired by some of the ship’s most infamously haunted spirits and tales.

MAZES

There are six mazes (three on the ship):

  • Deadrise
  • Submerged
  • Hellfire
  • Containment
  • Village of the Damned
  • Circus

NEW THIS YEAR:
  • An all-new circus maze featuring a terrifying MAD house will disorient guest’s illusions through fatally horrific magic, paranormal wonders and spirited thrills like never before seen.
  • A new freak show of devilish entertainers invites guests to “step right up” and experience fierce and terrifying freaks from beyond the grave.
  •  The new Coney Island inspired vintage circus ride “ferris-squel,” mini mazes and chilling side shows will have visitors shocked in awe.
And well you know The Queen Mary is actually haunted!

FREAK SHOWS
We ran through and met up with some of the freaks from the Freak Shows.

The one on the left was very interactive and funny.  (Yes, the skeleton). The one on the right said nothing at all but we greeted her with our flash from our cameras.

Live Music
That night we listened to live music from The Rhythm Coffin.

You know I was really scared going, but I'm so glad I went. My friends and I had fun running around Dark Harbor getting scared, but we also laughed a lot too. Thanks, Dark Harbor, for the memories!
