Who doesn't love Halloween?? We think of mixing potions, dressing up, decorating, getting treats, and having a little spooky fun!Discovery Science Center has combined all of our favorite things about Halloween into a limited time exhibit called Spooky Science! Great for families of all ages, they amaze us with Elephant toothpaste, green slime, and color changing liquids! We also decorated pumpkins, ran through a 3D maze, and had fun with science!

THE WIZARD OF OOZE
Our night started out with the Wizard of Ooze.

We learned about Elephant Paste, Green Slime, and the "Yellow & Blue Switcheroo"!

PUMPKIN DECORATING TIME
Perfect for creative little hands, decorating pumpkins is a favorite Halloween craft!
We learned all about the different kinds of pumpkins and how they grow!
Can you believe that my 6 year old weighs 46lbs and these pumpkins weigh 500lbs?!
MAKING GLOW-IN-THE-DARK SLIME
Glow-in-the-dark slime was our new favorite night-light for the night!
Design your own haunted house out of blocks!
My son could have stayed the whole time here.
SPOOKY AND CREEPY BUGS!
Teach your children that science is fun, and it will instill a life-time love of learning! Science can be magic to children (and adults). I understand what a chemical reaction is, but it is magic to me every time.
This was NOT my favorite part of the exhibit (being an arachnophobe), but my daughter LOVES them!
Discovery Science Center's Spooky Science exhibit will be available to check out now through November 2, 2013. Bring your family and friends to share the memories together!
